Biography
Thomas Mangloña II is a journalist from Rota in the Northern Mariana Islands with experience in regional & local newsrooms with work across print, radio, television, and digital platforms. He is an University of California-Berkeley grad and graduate student in Journalism at Stanford University. He is passionate about telling stories from and for Oceania.
